Hi Everyone, I am so excited to be writing my first ever blog post and even more excited to officially be apart of The World Race! I have always enjoyed writing, so being able to write about something I am passionate about is very exciting. I would love for you all to stay up to date with the process of me fundraising and my experiences throughout the trip. As well as get to know me a little bit more. 

            I grew up as a pastors kid and I am the youngest of a family of 5. I have been taking dance classes since I was 6 years old. Dance is something I am extremely passionate about. My dream is to be a dance teacher and someday open my own dance studio. I have a cat named Ginger and a lovebird named Mochi. I also really love to sing and lead worship at church whenever I get the chance. 

           There are so many little factors that played into me wanting to be apart of World race that I would love to share in the future. The ultimate reason is God. Mission trips have always been apart of my life, I love being able to make an impact on other's lives. I have the ability to share my faith with others and show them I care and God cares. I have an incredible opportunity to do this and so much more by going on the World Race. I also get to learn to trust God on a level I never have before. While this is an opportunity for me to make a difference in the lives of others, I will also get to do the same thing for myself. I cannot wait to share more with you and I hope you are as excited as I am for all that is to come.
